Sharkmob is looking for an innovative and inspiring Game Director for a new project we are starting up. Our titles are geared towards a Mature rating and the gameplay is online multiplayer focused. We are looking for a passionate creative leader that can provide game direction and wants to be part of building a new game from ground up. There is a framework in place which helps define the direction of the game. You will also help build and supervise a new team and work closely with studio directors, artists, programmers and designers to implement gameplay. We want an enthusiastic leader that can take initiative and find creative solutions to complex problems. You will be part of a highly experienced studio with decades of experience making AAA games.


  • Minimum seven years of development experience
  • Experience with communicating game direction and inspiring developers to realize the creative vision
  • Shipped at least one multiplayer game on console and PC as director or lead designer
  • Experience of iterative work with other disciplines
  • Knowledge of design documentation
  • Experience of scripting in game engines
  • Good communication skills
  • Passion for games

 Bonus qualifications:

  • Experience in user testing
  • Experience in data-driven development using telemetrics
  • Experience of Unreal Engine
