For this QA role we would like to welcome in someone that shares the same passion, someone that would help us achieving the highest standards of quality for the games that we make. Working as a QA analyst with us is not just about finding and reporting bugs and issues, but also inspiring the people around you, and whenever possible prevent major issues from happening through excellent communication and thinking outside the box.

 In this role you will make sure that the game is properly tested by identifying, reproducing and regressing bugs. You’ll also play a major role in sharing information and coordinating with other teams regarding the current state of the game.

 What you'll do:

  • Come up with creative testing scenarios and methodologies
  • Document testcases and testing processes and procedures
  • Organize bugs, and communicate efficiently to help production focus on the right things at the right time
  • Proactively improving the project testing pipeline
  • Perform day-to-day testing of the game and report the issues you discover
  • Help identifying and reproducing issues within the tools and services used for the game development in the studio
  • Help the team with submissions to first-party services such as Xbox, PlayStation, Steam, etc
  • Collaborate with various teams to increase the quality of the game
  • Proactively give feedback on the state of the game
  • Planning and preparing internal and external testing


Desired experience and skills:

  • Demonstrable QA / testing experience (1-3 years working as a QC/QA or a similar role), previous experience in gaming industry is a big plus
  • Experience with games and game engines, content & asset editors, software tools, and shared technologies will be an asset
  • Proficiency in Defect tracking tools such as JIRA
  • Familiar with common development tools such as Perforce, Visual Studio, etc
  • Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task across competing demands and requests
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including accurate and timely reporting
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Having shipped at least one AAA game or an indie project
  • Ability to immediately recognize critical issues or testing deficiencies and raise concerns to the responsible stakeholders
  • Ability to develop and foster strong working relationships within the development team, support teams, and management


It is great if you have:

  • A Degree in Software Testing, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Experience with the Unreal Engine
  • Experience with scripting / programming
