As we are growing, so is our need for great internal IT! That's why we are looking for someone to lead our passionate technicians with a mindset to create the best IT team. The position consists of both management and as a technician. As a leader you would both manage and coach your own team, as well as recruiting and mentoring new talents. If you haven't recruited before, don't worry - we'll teach you! The key to this position is being proactive and seeing IT as a service oriented organization that always can improve. You'd work with other stakeholders in the company to ensure continuous improvement. We have many IT projects in the loop, e.g. Azure AD, Hosting Confluence, Jira and many other tools.
What you'll get to do
- Handle all contact with external partners regarding IT
- Responsible for the service desk, maintaining a high standard as well as improving the process
- Handle local digital security
- Create and implement IT policy's, password policy's, bitlocker and other best practices
- Presentations for educational purposes
- VPN handling
- License handling and network upgrades
- Pen tests (you don't perform them but coordinate them)
- Great leadership and planning skills!
- Three years’ experience in leading teams in a agile environment
- You are a user-oriented, enthusiastic, and a positive team player
- Sharing knowledge is something that you do and encourage
