You will work closely with our HR Manager and act as a trusted partner to managers and employees across the organization in all HR-related matters.

About the Role

This is a broad, hands-on, and rewarding HR role where you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations across the studio. You’ll work with everything from payroll, recruitment, and work environment initiatives to pensions, insurance, and benefits administration.

You’ll also have the opportunity to improve HR systems, processes, and ways of working — making a real difference in how we support our people.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate and manage payroll processes (Sharkmob is working with external partner)

• Own and support the full recruitment process together with hiring managers

• Drive and support work environment initiatives

• Administer pensions, insurance, and employee benefits

• Improve HR processes, policies, and internal guidelines

• Support, coach, and guide managers and employees in HR matters

• Manage the HR inbox and coordinate internal communication

• Ensure compliance with Swedish labour law

You are a proactive, structured, and service-minded HR professional who enjoys variety and taking ownership. You thrive in a dynamic environment, like solving problems, and enjoy helping people succeed.

You are confident working independently, but also love being part of a collaborative and positive team culture.

We Believe You Have

• Minimum 5-7 years' experience working as an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or similar

• Hands-on experience with payroll and HR systems (it's a bonus if you have worked with Team Tailor, HiBob and/or Simployer)

• Good knowledge of Swedish labour law

• Experience driving HR processes and projects

• Experience with pensions, insurance, and benefits

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent

• Strong communication skills in English
