First contact
Recruiter contacts the candidates that best fit the profile.
In this meeting, we want to get to know you better, learn about your background and experiences, and understand your motivation for applying. We'll also provide information about Sharkmob and the position.
First interview round
Assessment
For some roles, we use tests to make the selection process fairer and more accurate, ensuring decisions are based only on relevant criteria and all candidates are assessed similarly.
The hiring manager and additional team members may be present. Depending on the position, we might provide feedback on assessments or focus on assessing soft skills by asking questions such as how you contribute to the team beyond your skillset and how you handle feedback and share knowledge.
Second interview round
HR Interview
The recruiter assesses culture fit through an in-depth soft skills interview, asking questions about your personal goals, areas for improvement, and your expectations of the position and Sharkmob.
