QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA)
Quality assurance (QA) is an integral part of the game development process. Along with finding bugs, it helps prevent major issues and achieve the highest standards of quality. Our QA team is dedicated to making sure our games are the best they can possibly be from a technical standpoint. They perform hands-on testing with documentation, investigate issues with difficult reproduction steps, and run regression testing for the bugs they’ve reported. QA team members collaborate throughout the many different stages of making a game — from providing development stakeholders with qualitative feedback on specific features and areas to supporting user researchers running playtesting in the REEF (Research and End-user Experience Facility).
We look for QA testers and analysts who are passionate gamers but also meticulous in organizing and planning. Ideal candidates have a good eye for quality (obviously), strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks. They should also be able to work with Jira, Unreal Engine 5, Steam, and similar systems.
