PRODUCTION
A production department is critical to the success of any game studio. It’s the driving force behind the development process — building, supporting, and leading the overall creation of a game from initial concept to final release and live operations. Our producers are project managers and leaders who ensure that all deliverables are not only completed on time and within budget but also meet the highest standards of quality. Working closely with stakeholders — such as designers and engineers, but also those on the HR and finance teams — they plan out and organize a project, then monitor its progress and coordinate adjustments to keep everything moving forward and avoid any speed bumps. Production team members are essential in managing the exciting chaos of making a AAA game.
The ideal candidates for joining our production team are passionate about games and game development, as well as project management techniques and leadership methods. They need to be problem solvers with strong communication skills. They should also be comfortable using digital project management and collaboration tools like Confluence, Jira, Miro, and Trello; working with the Microsoft 365 Office suite; as well as implementing various data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Looker Studio.
